If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed. This applies to the Exam Pass and to earlier purchases of the 3-month access, including if you have already used the unlocked features.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and follow the refund link in your purchase receipt, or contact our support team at the address above and we will pass your request on. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally appear within a few working days.

After a refund

When a refund is granted, the paid access tied to that purchase is closed. Your study progress is not deleted by a refund — you keep the free parts of the app and can export a backup of your progress at any time.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is on top of your legal rights. If you bought as a consumer in the EU, you also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; because paid access is digital content, the right ends early only if, at checkout, you expressly agree that access starts immediately and confirm that you know you lose the withdrawal right (§ 356 (5) BGB); the payment provider asks for this consent and confirms it in your receipt.
